About the Role
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Agent to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to provide the highest level of personalised service to our customers via email and social media. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, a can do attitude & a willingness to learn. They should take pride in their role & performing at their best every day.
It is a fast paced job & requires someone with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. You must have clear & professional communication skills, intermediate computer skills & the ability to work well under pressure.
We are looking for someone to grow with the company & progress upwards. You must have proven problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
